    Chapel Hill Bible Church proudly presents the FALL BALL!! Our Fall Ball is designed to give you a more formal event to come celebrate. We will plan to bring back our crowd favorites: limo rides, karaoke, and the dance floor!

    This event is offered completely free to you and your loved one.
    However, if you would like to donate to this cause you can make a contribution to our special needs fund at CHBC.

    Who is this event for?

    Fall Ball is designed for anyone 13 and older with special needs. We are asking that you please register before attending our event. If you did not get a follow up email from us after completing your registration then we do not have it, please contact us.

    What should I wear?

    Please wear whatever you are comfortable wearing! However, as this is meant to be a formal affair, we encourage you to dress in your Sunday's best or prom attire.

    What if I want to come with a group?

    During your registration process there will be an option to indicate what group you are attending with. By indicating you are coming with a group, your check in process will also be sped up as we will have a separate check in area for groups. Some guests prefer to enter the even with their friend or group, so if this is something you prefer please make arrangements to arrive together or we will have an area where you can wait for your group.

    Does my caregiver need to come with me?

    You are not required to have a caregiver with you. We will offer a “caregiver zone” where your caregiver can stay onsite without being with you, they are also welcome to leave and come back to pick you up. However, we are unable to assist with toileting needs or medication administration, so if either of those will be needed during our event we ask that your caregiver stay nearby.
